Participants will package simulated dangerous goods, mark and label those packages, and prepare shipping documents that conform to the TDG requirements for road.
Participants will be instructed on handling issues such as segregation requirements, and placarding. They will be instructed on the minimum requirements for reporting dangerous occurrences such as a spill if it should happen.
Participants will be provided with a copy of the current TDG Regulations (or extracts) for the duration of the course. Each registered participant will receive a copy of A Shipper's Guide to the Road Transportation of Dangerous Goods ISBN 1-896228-00-3.
